Calling this sub-page “Thinking” that and not “philosophy” is motivated by the following:
- many people feel repelled by notion of philosophy as it has connotations with some pompous, elitist indulgences full of cryptic phraseology and up-to-nose attitudes (intellectual onanism). In my opinion - thinking might be entertaining and even though it’s inevitable that thinking crowd thinks (hehe) of themselves highly, we can avoid tensions by making thinking accessible.
- my interests might go beyond classic borders of philosophy. Certain thinkers also avoid such moniker, and writers who didn’t formally belong to certain institutions are rarely classified as ones
